After 10+ years in higher education, I've cultivated expertise in organizational communication, leadership, culture, and processes. My research into collaboration during emergencies has taught me about our deepest communication impulses during moments of high stress. While these moments are apparent during crises, I believe they also inform our everyday work interactions.

I believe that deep learning is created through doing! I have designed simulation-based learning inside the classroom, and would love to facilitate experiential learning for your team. Simulations can range from the true-to-life to the imaginative and can span 60-minutes or take an entire day. Throughout, team members experience group dynamics, decision-making under pressure, and communication challenges firsthand.
